Born in Panama and currently living in Brooklyn, Edwin Delarosa is rapidly advancing in the ranks. A fast, brakeless street rider, he started riding in 1997, was sponsored in 2001, and turned pro in 2003. All the way he’s garnering attention and respect, especially at home in and around NYC.

How did you get into riding? And how old were you when you started?
When I was 12 watching tv, channel surfing, I came across the X Games and watched the whole show. It just happened that my birthday was in 2 weeks and my moms bought me a bike

In Brooklyn.
How long have you been with DC?
Couple of months now. It's all-good.

Nothing new. Travel more and ride... Put in work for the New Year, Nameen!
What do you like to do when you're not riding? (Hobbies, outside interests, etc.)
Chillin' with the hommies, read books, drawing and stuff... putting in time on the PSP...

I don't know I just go and chill at them. It's pretty crazy right now. Dudes are doing crazy shit!

Not getting killed!

My favorite spots are ones I normally always ride, like The Banks.

Germany... looks like there are a lot of spots.
What about vacations, are there places you really like to hang out?
Brazil.
